Ryu Wakimoto および Yui Wakimoto（以下「開発者」）は、オフトレカメラ（英語名：Shred Snap。以下「本アプリ」）と本ウェブサイトにおける情報の取扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 端末で扱う情報と権限

• 動画・音声：カメラとマイクを使って録画し、動画を端末の写真ライブラリに保存します。写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、動画の一覧表示・再生・保存・共有・削除、お気に入りの操作に使用します。利用できる範囲はOSで許可した内容によります。
• 撮影場所：位置情報へのアクセスを許可した場合、動画に撮影場所のメタデータを付けるために使用します。位置情報の許可を取り消しても、既に保存された動画の位置情報は自動では消えません。
• ノート・動画の関連情報・設定：ノート本文、動画の参照情報、撮影日時、評価、アプリ設定などを、端末内のデータベースや設定領域に保存します。

データ提供への同意は初期状態ではオフです。明示的に同意しない限り、撮影動画等が開発者へ送信されることはありません。別途同意した場合の情報の取扱いは、データ提供および取扱規約をご確認ください。ノートを保管するための本アプリ独自のクラウド機能はありません。ただし、端末のバックアップ、iCloud写真、Googleフォトなどを有効にしている場合は、各サービスの設定に従って保存・同期されることがあります。共有操作を行うと、選択した動画とそのメタデータが共有先へ渡り、その後の取扱いには共有先のルールが適用されます。

2. 自動で送信する利用状況・障害情報

利用状況の分析

利用状況の分析にはGoogle Analyticsを利用します。どの機能が使われているかを把握し、使いやすさを改善するために、起動・録画・再生・検索・ノート編集・共有・削除などの操作イベントを送信します。イベントには、撮影設定や録画時間、対象件数、ノートや検索語の文字数などが含まれます。一部には、撮影日時や動画を区別するための情報も含まれます。同意画面の表示・回答やデータ送信の結果なども、利用状況の解析に含まれます。

Googleの分析サービスは、アプリのインストールを区別する識別子、端末・OS・アプリの情報、利用セッション、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域なども処理します。OSや端末設定等に応じて、Androidの広告IDやiOSのベンダーIDなどを扱う場合があります。

不具合の調査

不具合の調査にはGoogleの障害解析サービスを利用します。クラッシュやエラーの原因を調べるため、障害の発生状況、エラーメッセージ、スタックトレース、端末・OS・アプリの情報、インストールを区別する識別子などを送信します。エラーの内容によっては、対象の動画やアプリ設定に関する情報などが診断情報に含まれる場合があります。動画・音声ファイルを障害報告に添付する処理はありません。

画像認識に伴う情報

Android版で画像認識機能を利用する際は、Googleのサービスが端末・アプリの情報、識別子、機能の利用状況や処理性能、エラー情報をGoogleへ送信する場合があります。Googleはこれらを機能の保守・改善や不正使用の防止などに利用します。この認識処理は端末内で行われ、認識対象の画像や認識結果はGoogleへ送信されません。詳細はGoogleの画像認識サービスの情報の取扱いをご確認ください。

3. お問い合わせ

お問い合わせにはGoogleフォームを使用します。開発者は、送信されたお問い合わせ内容や、入力された返信先・添付情報などを受け取り、返信、不具合調査、要望への対応に使用します。パスワードや、対応に必要のない個人情報・動画を送らないでください。フォーム上でのデータ処理にはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。

4. 利用目的と外部への提供

開発者は、情報を次の目的で使用します。

• 録画・再生・整理・検索など、本アプリの機能の提供。
• 利用状況の分析、機能・性能の改善、不具合の調査と修正。
• お問い合わせへの対応、サービスの安全な運営、法令上必要な対応。
• 個人を特定できない集計値による、利用状況や機能の紹介などの広報。動画、ノート本文、お問い合わせ内容、個別の利用履歴をこの広報目的で公開することはありません。

上記の解析・障害報告・フォーム処理・データ提供の受信と保管・ウェブ配信のために、GoogleおよびGitHubのサービスを利用します。データ提供に同意した場合の取扱いは、データ提供および取扱規約に定めます。それ以外の情報については、利用者が共有を指示した場合、本人の同意がある場合、または法令に基づく場合等に、必要な範囲で情報を提供することがあります。利用者の情報を販売することはありません。

外部サービスによる情報の処理・保管は、日本国外（米国等）で行われる場合があります。各事業者の取扱い・保護措置は、上記のプライバシー情報をご確認ください。

5. 保存と削除

• 動画：本アプリまたはOSの写真アプリから削除できます。写真アプリの「最近削除した項目」やクラウド上のコピーは、各OS・サービスで別途管理してください。アプリを削除するだけでは、写真ライブラリ内の動画は消えません。
• ノート・設定・関連情報：ノート本文は編集して消去できます。動画を削除しても、関連するデータベースの情報が端末内に残る場合があります。アプリのローカルデータ全体を消す場合は、OSのアプリデータ削除またはアプリ本体とデータの削除を行ってください。アプリの「取り除く」操作やバックアップの復元では、データが保持・復元されることがあります。
• 解析・障害情報：各サービスの保持設定と削除の仕組みに従って保存されます。Google Analyticsの保持期間はサービス側の設定によって異なります。Googleの説明では、この障害解析サービスの障害情報と関連識別子は90日間保持された後、稼働中・バックアップのシステムからの削除処理が開始されます。アプリの削除だけで、既に送信した情報が即時削除されることはありません。
• データ提供に同意した場合：提供データの保存・削除や提供の停止は、データ提供および取扱規約をご確認ください。
• お問い合わせ：対応とその経緯の確認に必要な期間保存し、不要になった情報は削除します。法令上の保存義務や紛争対応がある場合は、そのために必要な期間保存することがあります。

送信済みの情報の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の窓口へご連絡ください。アカウント登録を前提としないアプリのため、お問い合わせだけでは対象の解析・障害情報を特定できない場合があります。確認に必要な情報と対応可能な範囲をご案内します。

6. 利用者が選択できること

カメラ、マイク、写真ライブラリ、位置情報への許可は、OSの設定で変更できます。許可しない場合、対応する機能が利用できない、または制限されることがあります。位置情報を許可しなくても、撮影場所の記録を除く録画機能は利用できます。

現行版には、通常の解析・クラッシュ報告をまとめて停止するアプリ内設定はありません。OSの広告ID設定の変更は、解析全体の停止を意味しません。情報の取扱いに関するご相談は、下記窓口で受け付けます。

7. 安全管理

開発者が扱う情報へのアクセスを対応に必要な範囲に制限し、不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい等を防ぐための管理を行います。

8. 権利に関するお問い合わせ

情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止等のご希望は、お問い合わせフォームへお送りください。必要に応じて本人確認や対象情報の確認を行い、適用される法令に従って対応します。未成年の利用者の情報については、保護者からのご相談も受け付けます。

9. ポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能や情報の取扱いの変更に合わせて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。変更内容はこのページでお知らせし、最終更新日を変更します。法令上、別途の通知や同意が必要な場合は、その手続きを行います。

Ryu Wakimoto and Yui Wakimoto (the “developers,” “we,” or “us”) explain below how information is handled in Shred Snap (Japanese name: オフトレカメラ, the “app”) and on this website.

1. Information on your device and permissions

• Video and audio: The app uses the camera and microphone to record videos and saves them to your device’s photo library. Photo library access is used to list, play, save, share, delete, and manage favorites for videos, within the access permitted by your operating system.
• Recording location: If you grant location permission, the app uses location to add recording-location metadata to videos. Revoking permission does not automatically remove location from videos already saved.
• Notes, video details, and settings: Note text, references to videos, recording dates, ratings, and app settings are stored in the device’s database or settings storage.

Consent to data contribution is off by default. Recordings and related information are not sent to the developers unless you explicitly consent. If you separately consent, see the Data Contribution and Data Handling Policy for how that information is handled. The app does not provide its own cloud storage for notes. Device backups, iCloud Photos, Google Photos, or similar services may store or synchronize data according to your settings. When you share a video, the selected video and its metadata are passed to the destination you choose and are then subject to that destination’s practices.

2. Usage and diagnostic information sent automatically

Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics for usage analytics. To understand feature usage and improve the app, we send events for activities such as opening the app, recording, playback, searching, editing notes, sharing, and deleting. Events include recording settings and duration, item counts, and the length of notes or search terms. Some also include recording dates and information used to distinguish recordings. Usage analytics also include consent-screen views and responses and data-transfer results.

Google’s analytics service also processes an identifier for an app installation, device, operating system and app information, session information, and an approximate region inferred from an IP address. Depending on the operating system and device settings, it may process identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or the iOS vendor ID.

Investigating problems

We use Google’s crash-reporting service to investigate problems. To investigate crashes and errors, we send diagnostic information such as the circumstances of a failure, error messages, stack traces, device, operating system and app information, and installation identifiers. Depending on the error, diagnostics may include information about the relevant recordings or app settings. The app does not attach video or audio files to crash reports.

Information related to image recognition

When image recognition is used on Android, Google’s service may send device and app information, identifiers, feature usage, processing performance, and error information to Google. Google uses this information to maintain and improve the service and prevent misuse. This recognition runs on the device; input images and recognition results are not sent to Google. 3. Contact requests

We use Google Forms for inquiries. We receive the content you submit, including any reply address or attachments you provide, and use it to respond, investigate problems, and consider requests. Please do not send passwords or personal information or videos that are unnecessary for your inquiry. Google’s Privacy Policy also applies to processing by the form service.

4. Purposes and disclosures

We use information for the following purposes:

• Providing recording, playback, organization, search, and other app features.
• Understanding usage, improving features and performance, and investigating and fixing problems.
• Responding to inquiries, operating the service securely, and meeting legal requirements.
• Describing and promoting the app’s usage and features using aggregate statistics that do not identify individuals. We do not publish videos, note text, inquiries, or individual activity histories for this promotional purpose.

We use Google and GitHub services for the analytics, diagnostics, forms, contribution receiving and storage, and hosting described above. Information contributed with your consent is handled under the Data Contribution and Data Handling Policy. For other information, we may disclose information as necessary when you direct us to share it, give consent, or when permitted or required by law. We do not sell your information.

Service providers may process and store information outside Japan, including in the United States. Please refer to their privacy information linked above for their practices and safeguards.

5. Retention and deletion

• Videos: You can delete videos through the app or the operating system’s photo app. Manage “Recently Deleted” items and cloud copies separately in the relevant service. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete videos in your photo library.
• Notes, settings, and related records: You can clear note text by editing it. Related database records may remain on your device after a video is deleted. To remove all local app data, use your operating system’s app-data deletion option or delete the app together with its data. Offloading the app or restoring a backup may preserve or restore data.
• Analytics and diagnostics: These are retained according to the services’ retention settings and deletion processes. Google Analytics retention depends on its service settings. Google states that its crash-reporting service retains crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. Uninstalling the app does not immediately erase information already transmitted.
• If you consent to data contribution: See the Data Contribution and Data Handling Policy for retention, deletion, and stopping contribution.
• Inquiries: We retain records for as long as needed to respond and review the handling of the inquiry, and delete information when no longer needed. Legal obligations or disputes may require longer retention.

Contact us below if you wish to request deletion of information already transmitted. Because the app does not require an account, an inquiry alone may not allow us to identify the relevant analytics or diagnostic records. We will explain what information is needed and what action is possible.

6. Your choices

You can change camera, microphone, photo library, and location permissions in your operating system’s settings. Denying permission may limit or disable the associated feature. Recording remains available without location permission, except for recording-location metadata.

The current version has no in-app setting that turns off all ordinary analytics and crash reporting. Changing your operating system’s advertising ID settings does not stop all analytics. You can contact us below about our handling of information.

7. Security

We limit access to information we handle to what is needed and take measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, and disclosure.

8. Privacy requests and contact

You can use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of use of your information. We may need to verify your identity and the relevant records, and will respond in accordance with applicable law. Parents or guardians may also contact us about a minor’s information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or our handling of information changes. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Where the law requires additional notice or consent, we will follow those procedures.
