撮影動画の提供規約・データの取り扱い

提供する内容
選ばれたShred Snapの原本動画と、動画の識別子・撮影日・ファイルサイズ・アプリのバージョン・同意日時を送信します。原本には音声、顔や服装、周囲の人、埋め込まれたGPSや撮影時刻が含まれることがあります。メモ本文やアプリの識別ラベル、写真ライブラリ全体は送信しません。
利用目的
ご提供いただいた撮影動画は、Shred Snapの今後の機能改善に利用します。開発担当者が必要に応じて閲覧・加工し、非公開で保管します。動画を公開したり、不特定の第三者へ配布したりすることはありません。
提供できる動画
ご自身に提供する権限があり、撮影者や映っている方からこの利用について必要な同意を得た動画を提供してください。提供に同意できない動画が含まれる場合は送信しないでください。
保存と削除
原本と加工したデータは、上記の利用目的のため、期限を定めず保管します。削除をご希望の場合は、送信したおおよその日時や動画の内容を添えて問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。対象の特定に必要な情報を確認させていただくことがあります。対象を特定できる原本・加工データを削除し、その後の利用を停止します。すでに集計・加工され、個別の動画との対応を確認できない成果物は削除できないことがあります。
任意の協力
提供は任意です。同意しなくても録画・再生等の機能は引き続き利用できます。送信画面に表示された対象の動画だけを送信し、今後の動画を自動送信することはありません。送信の中止は、すでに受領済みの動画の削除を意味しません。

What is sent
The selected original Shred Snap videos, recording identifiers, recording dates, file sizes, app version and consent timestamp. Originals may contain audio, faces, clothing, bystanders, embedded GPS and timestamps. Notes, the app identification label and the rest of your photo library are not sent.
Purpose
Your recordings will be used to improve Shred Snap’s features. Developers may view and process them as needed and will store them privately. Your recordings will not be published or distributed publicly.
Permission
Only contribute footage you have permission to provide. Obtain the necessary agreement from the camera operator and people shown for this use. Do not send a selection containing footage you cannot agree to provide.
Retention and deletion
Originals and processed data are retained without a fixed expiry for the purposes described above. To request deletion, contact us using the inquiry form with the approximate upload time and a description of the footage. We may ask for details to identify the relevant data. We will delete identifiable original and processed data and stop further use. Aggregated or processed results that can no longer be linked to individual recordings may not be removable.
Voluntary participation
Declining does not affect recording or playback. Only the selected footage is sent; future recordings are not uploaded automatically. Cancelling an upload does not delete footage already received.
